§ 5.06. Stay of Proceedings.

An appeal shall stay all proceedings. If the Administration Official/Building Inspector has reason to believe that such a stay would cause peril to life and property, he/she shall submit such opinion to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, in writing, with facts and justifiable reasons. In such a case, the proceedings shall not be stayed, unless a restraining order is issued by the Zoning Board of Adjustment or a court.
