§ 7.00. Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and the Zoning Map.

The provisions established by this ordinance may be amended, supplemented, changed, modified or repealed by the City Council of the City of Midfield. Such proposals for amendments must first be submitted to the Midfield Planning Commission for its review and subsequent recommendation to the City Council. This body may, on its own initiative, propose changes to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Midfield, Alabama and the Zoning Map of the City of Midfield, Alabama, and it may hold the necessary public hearings.
