§ 9.00. Restoration After Damages.

A non-conforming use damaged by fire or other causes, to the extent of more than fifty percent (50%) of its current replacement value at the time of such damage, shall be rebuilt or restored in conformance with the provisions of this Ordinance. If a non-conforming building is damaged less than fifty percent (50%) of its current replacement value, it may be rebuilt or restored and used as before, provided that such rebuilding or restoration is completed within twelve (12) months of the date of such damage.
