This district consists primarily of undeveloped land where agricultural and related activities may occur within the City and where agricultural support centers may serve outlying areas beyond the City. The intent is to preserve agriculture, forestry, rural residential and other limited and compatible land uses, until such time as a higher density development pattern may be desired and City services can be expanded to accommodate such development.
