§ 3.04. Area and Dimensional Regulations.

Except as may be provided for elsewhere in this Ordinance, the following area and dimensional regulations shall be required:

Minimum Lot Size:	Three (3) acres
Minimum Lot Width:	200 feet at the building line
Minimum Yard Setbacks:
Front:	50 feet
Rear:	40 feet
Side:	15 feet (on each side)
