§ 4.03. Special Exception Uses.

  • The following uses may be permitted, subject to the approval of the Midfield Zoning Board of Adjustment and further subject to the appropriate permits being issued by the City. (See Article VIII, Special Exception Uses, § 1.00 and subsections 1.01 and 1.02.)

    A.

    Agricultural Uses:

    Hobby farms (See Article VIII, § 2.00).

    B.

    Institutional Uses:

    1.

    Community centers.

    2.

    Country clubs.

    3.

    Parks.

    4.

    Places of worship.

    5.

    Public buildings (See subsection 2.05 of this Section).

    6.

    Public utility facilities.

    7.

    Schools.

    C.

    Commercial Uses:

    1.

    Day care homes.

    2.

    Home occupations (See Article VIII, § 9.00).
