§ 20-1. Emergency management organization created; purpose, composition.

(a)

There is created the local emergency management organization, to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage or other hostile action, or natural causes as provided by law.

(b)

The organization shall consist of the director and additional members to be selected by the director.
