§ 24-2. Same—Procedures.

All purchases subject to the state Competitive Bid Law shall be made through the clerk-treasurer's office. The clerk-treasurer shall be responsible for the establishment of purchasing procedures, subject to the approval of the council, necessary to comply with the provisions of state law.
