§ 30-55. Use of defective water closet.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use any water closet which does not comply with the specification of this article, or which, or the equipment of which, is in such defective condition that excreta deposited therein cannot be promptly and completely flushed out with water connected therewith so as to reach without leakage, the disposal sewer or septic tank to which such water closet is connected.
