§ 30-56. Discontinuance of water supply to water closets in multiple residence units.

When the occupants of apartments, suites or units of two-family and multiple dwellings are not independently connected to the pipes or mains of the approved public water supply, it shall be unlawful for any person, either owner or agent, to cause or permit the discontinuance of the supply of water to any water closet located therein.
