This Ordinance shall be known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Midfield, Alabama and the attached map shall be called the Zoning Map of the City of Midfield, Alabama. It shall further be identified by the signature of the Mayor of the City of Midfield and attested to by the City Clerk. The Zoning Map of the City of Midfield, Alabama, is hereby adopted and made a part of this ordinance. This map and the zoning ordinance are filed with the City Clerk and shall be maintained there. Upon its adoption, the ordinance and the map shall show, by endorsement thereon, the date of such adoption. |
