  • The following uses may be permitted subject to the approval of the Midfield Zoning Board of Adjustment and further subject to appropriate permits being issued by the City. (See Article VIII, Special Exception Uses, subsections 1.00 and 1.02).

    A.

    Industrial Uses:

    1.

    Business or professional offices.

    Construction services.

    3.

    Industry, light.

    4.

    Maintenance services.

    B.

    Commercial Uses:

    1.

    Animal hospitals.

    2.

    Mini-warehouses.
