§ 12.05. Area and Dimensional Regulations.

Except as may be provided for elsewhere in this Ordinance, the following area and dimensional requirements shall be met in the PUD, Planned Unit Development District:

1.	Single family residences:	Same as the R-2, Single family District
2.	Multifamily dwellings:	Same as the R-4, Multifamily District
3.	Commercial uses:	Same as the B-2, General Business District
4.	Industrial uses:	Same as the I-1, Light Industrial District

Common open space, set aside in the subdivision, shall be at least twenty percent (20%) of the total site area and not less than 10,000 contiguous square feet. At least fifty percent (50%) of the required open space shall be developed for common recreational purposes.

The yard requirements for the district shall apply to the outside perimeter of the development. The perimeter yards shall be maintained as common areas reserved as common open space or common driveways or parking areas.

All utilities shall be placed underground.
