§ 9.05. Buffer Requirements.

Unless otherwise specified elsewhere in this Ordinance, when any lot is to be developed for any use other than townhouses and such a lot abuts a lot occupied or zoned for townhouses, a minimum buffer yard as shown in the Buffer Matrix shall be provided to separate this use from the townhouse district. (See Article VII, § 13.00 through 13.02.)
